Tammie Flowers is an accomplished professional with over 30 years of dedicated federal service. Throughout her career, she has demonstrated unwavering commitment, exceptional leadership, and a deep understanding of organizational dynamics and human development. Tammie holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, equipping her with the foundational knowledge in strategic planning, organizational operations, and financial oversight. Her academic journey continued with a Master's Degree in Human Development & Leadership, where she deepened her expertise in team building, personal development, and transformational leadership. Beyond her professional accomplishments, Tammie is deeply devoted to her family

Simone Flowers

Simone Flowers brings a wealth of experience and dedication to the family reunion committee. Having worked for 26 years as a Lunchroom Manager with the City of Chicago Board of Education, Simone is highly skilled in organization and planning. As Secretary, she carefully takes notes during meetings, maintains detailed records, and ensures clear communication among committee members. Simone is also responsible for sending out timely meeting reminders and important updates, helping to keep the reunion planning on track and running smoothly.

Jermeka Tucker

Meet Jermeka Tucker, our Family Reunion Treasurer. With a solid military background and expertise in finance. Jermeka brings a wealth of knowledge and organizational skills to the table. Her commitment to precision and accountability ensures that our reunion funds are managed effectively and transparently.

Event Coordinator

Sheroda Spearman

Sheroda Spearman is the powerhouse behind the planning as our Event Coordinator for the Flowers Family Reunion. A proud retired military veteran, Sheroda knows how to handle logistics, timelines, and organized chaos like a pro. But don’t let the uniform fool you — she’s also got serious event cred, having worked on gatherings with none other than Tiny, wife of rapper T.I., and pulled off major family functions that would make Pinterest jealous.

Logistics Coordinator

Wilmont D. Spearman

Meet Wilmont Spearman, our family Logistics Coordinator. Wilmont handles the venue bookings, transportation logistics, accommodations, and supplies, making sure everything is in place long before the first hug hello. Thanks to his tireless efforts, we all get to show up and simply enjoy each other’s company without worrying about the details. A proud 88 Mike MOS military veteran, Wilmont’s experience moving people and equipment with precision and care is second to none.

Food & Beverage Coordinator

Quincy Johnson

Quincy is a dedicated member of our family reunion committee, serving as the Food & Beverage Coordinator. An Airforce veteran, Quincy brings wealth of discipline and teamwork to the table. Currently enrolled in culinary art school, he is passionate about creating delicious and memorable meals for our family gathering.

Communication Lead

Damieanna Johnson

Meet Damieanna Johnson, Damieanna is the voice behind the updates! As our official Communications Lead, she makes sure no one misses a beat—whether it’s reminders in the group chat, updates by email, or announcements on social media. With 5 years of experience as a certified phlebotomy technician in a fast-paced hospital setting, Damieanna knows how to communicate clearly and compassionately. She’s spent years working with patients, nurses, and doctors.

Melinda Flowers brings a wealth of leadership and coordination experience to her role as our Volunteer Coordinator. With over 20 years as a Senior Crew Boat Lead at American Commercial Barge Line (ACBL), Melinda is no stranger to managing teams, keeping things on schedule, and ensuring smooth operations under pressure.
